How much do wedding flowers cost?
This is the million dollar question right? And the answer is kinda ‘how long is a piece of string’ to be honest. I know, not the answer you’ve been searching for, but hopefully after reading this post you’ll have a better idea of what you’ll get!
Each bespoke wedding is unique, and with that comes different requirements which of course is the beauty of it. Below is a list of the most requested pieces with a ‘from’ price to help, but it is just that, a guide, as for example, you might only want a single beautiful rose stem for your bridesmaids to hold, which naturally would be cheaper than the ‘from’ price below.
BRIDAL PARTY
Bridal bouquet, from £175
Bridesmaids, from £85
Button holes, from £12
Wrist corsages, from £25
Bridal hair flowers, from £25
CEREMONY
Meadow style aisle arrangements, from £125
Pew ends, from £35
INSTALLATIONS
Arches, from £850
Hoops, from £700
RECEPTION
Bud vases, from £10.50 each
Simple hand tied vase, from £40
Table arrangements in a footed bowl, from £95
Floristry charge of 22% to be added to total, this covers all aspects of design, labour, delivery, set up and dismantle. Mileage added as extra
There are other elements you could have that I’ve not mentioned here, the above is a guide only as bridal flowers are created on a purely bespoke basis.
If you’re after micro wedding flowers for example which may consist of a bridal bouquet, with one or two bridesmaids, a couple of button holes and a pretty vase for a signing table you would be looking at around £600. Once you start to add in four plus bridesmaids, meadow aisle arrangements, pew ends, table arrangements for 10 or more tables, your budget will need to be £1,500 plus. Add in an arch to that and you’ll be over £2,000.
